  1. How do I obtain the ID and Password for my child?
    Your school will give you this information. Contact the school if you do not have it yet.


  2. How do I log in?
    Enter the Student ID and Password provided to you by your school, select your school from the list and click "Login." If you have forgotten the Student ID and Password for your child, contact your school.


  3. How can I see a grade summary for all my child's classes?
    Click the "Grade Summary" option in the left pane. Click any marking period grade to view more details.


  4. How can I see an attendance summary for my child?
    Click the "Attendance Summary" option in the left pane.


  5. How do I view other available reports?
    In the left pane, locate the "Class Specific Information" section. Select the class from the "Class" list, select a report from the "Report" list, select the marking period you would like to view and then click "Request Report."

    NOTE: Click the "Print" option in the left pane to print the report currently being viewed.


  6. How do I change my password?
    Click the "Change Password" option in the left pane (if available).The terms "Password" and "PIN Code" are used synonymously. Enter your current Password in the top box, then enter your new Password in the bottom two boxes and click "Submit PIN Code Change."


  7. How do I sign up to have reports sent to me via email?
    Click the "Email Sign-up" option in the left pane. Enter your email address and click "Sign-up/Edit Settings." Enter your name in the top-most text box - this will be used in the salutation for each email sent to you. You may set the time/frequency for each report you select.

    Once you click "Submit Notification Request," an authorization email will be sent to the email address you specified. Click the link in the email to verify your email address. Before you can begin receiving the emails you requested, your school needs to give you authorization which may take several days. Once the school gives you authorization you will begin receiving the reports you requested.


  8. What reports are available in the Email Notification System?

    Automatic "Unexcused Absence" Notification
    If you select this option, you will be notified via email whenever your child is marked with an unexcused absence.

    Standard Attendance Report

    Select this option to receive a detailed attendance summary for your child. You may specify the time/frequency for this report.

    Standard Grade Report
    Select this option to receive a grade summary for your child. You may specify the time/frequency for this report.

    Gradebook Report
    Select this option to receive a report containing a detailed assignment report for each class. You may specify the time/frequency for this report.

    Automatic Grade Notification
    Select this option to receive an email whenever your child's grade goes above or below a certain percentage grade. You may specify the percentage grade threshold.
