7th grade students at Muskegon Heights Middle School were involved in solving real problems at the Amusement Park Physics Day, held at Michigan Adventure Amusement Park in Muskegon, Michigan.
Mrs. Kitchen and Mrs. Walburn introduced the students to mathematical and physical tools used in problem solving. The students applied basic trigonometry and physics concepts and their own measuring tools built in class.
