It is the responsibility of the teacher to:
- Use professional ethics in relationships with students, parents, community, and other school personnel.
- Inform parents about behavior of their child(ren) as it applies to the Student Code of Conduct.
- Inform parents/office of excessive tardiness and absence.
- Work with auxiliary staff to deal with and seek resolutions to specific behavior problems.
- Know and enforce school rules respectfully, courteously, and consistently while dealing with misconduct quickly and firmly.
