Enrollment for Edgewood Elementary
 
 

For your child(ren) to be enrolled please provide the following upon initial visit*:

  • Original Birth Certificate (no photo copies)
  • Shot Records
  • Proof of Residence
  • Records from Previous School Attended

* In Addition, an Enrollment Sheet, Lunch Form, and Emergency Sheet all need to be filled Out.
