Hello, my name is Michael Moore. I am the Muskegon Heights Elementary Schools and Middle School band director. I have the distinct honor of introducing the beginning band students to their instruments and the band program. Students are allowed to join the band as early as fifth grade. Throughout their upper-elementary and middle school years, I am able to watch students change from eager beginners to developing young musicians.
